Priory School is a mixed 11-16 school located in Southsea with 1250 students on roll. We have a distinctive ethos that combines a prime focus on high achievement with a strong concern for the social development of each individual.A small number of others who have been invited school should also attend. Update 24 March, 4.10pm: Priory School remains closed to all students except those of key workers who have notified and the school has confirmed arrangements with the school plus others with invitation to attend.Priory School is a British co-educational secondary school for 11- to 16-year-olds located on Mountfield Road in the East Sussex town of Lewes. It received widespread public attention in 2019 over its policy of forcing girls to wear trousers.
The Priory School opened in 1988 as a mixed, 11-19 community comprehensive school. It is located on the edge of Hitchin, an attractive market town with a population of 34,000, forty minutes by train to central London and Cambridge.Cross in Hand is a very happy and welcoming school with a team of staff that put their heart and soul into nurturing and inspiring the children.
